Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager in Minnesota to lead daily operations, guide a small team, and uphold food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. You’ll handle opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and quick service challenges while supporting a positive, energetic store environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 months of supervisory experience, comfortable with POS tech and basic Microsoft Office, and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
