Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technologist for our corrugated packaging facility in Lancaster, PA. This is a direct hire on 2nd or 3rd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a $32.21/hour base pay.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, perform preventive maintenance, read prints and schematics, and support safe lockout/tagout procedures. Weekend and overtime opportunities are common.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing and troubleshooting industrial machinery
• Corrugated packaging or printing background is a strong plus
• Ability to read prints and schematics
• Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to live production breakdowns with urgency and precision
• Collaborate on cross-discipline work; share knowledge and participate in structured training
