Job summary
Pro Services Workforce Solutions is partnering with a Fortune 500 corrugated packaging manufacturer to fill a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician role in Cheswick, PA. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on converting equipment, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance.
You will advance through paid training toward AA level, with a defined career path and opportunities to grow within a stable, non-union facility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multicraft industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical foundation and ability to troubleshoot control voltage 0–480V.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints/schematics.
- Experience with PLC hardware troubleshooting (AB/Siemens).
- MIG welding at minimum; TIG preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on corrugated converting equipment.
- Perform reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Read prints and schematics to locate faults and repair motors, relays, and components.
- Rebuild mechanical devices, service bearings, shafts, and gearboxes.
- Weld and fabricate repairs as needed.
