Job summary

Rauch Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead the evening shift in its Mississippi manufacturing operation. This on-site role covers staffing, attendance, employee relations, and leadership coaching. Relocation assistance is available to qualified candidates.

You'll partner with operations leaders, walk the floor daily, handle time administration, and support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning. MBA/PHR/SPHR are a bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to work the evening schedule (3:00 PM–1:30 AM).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for evening-shift manufacturing operations and partner with operations leaders on staffing, attendance, and performance.
• Handle employee relations: investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action guidance.
• Coaching managers on policy, performance, attendance, and leadership.
• Walk the floor daily and join crossover shift meetings to ensure continuity.
• Serve as Time Administrator: review attendance and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Support leave administration, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Lead engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives using workforce metrics.
