Job summary

Rauch Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead the evening-shift HR function in a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with operations leaders on staffing, attendance, performance, and employee relations while staying on the floor with shift teams. The role requires 4+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing, a related bachelor's degree, and the ability to work the 3:00 PM–1:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to work the evening schedule (approximately 3:00 PM–1:30 AM).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for evening-shift manufacturing operations and partner with operations leaders on staffing and attendance.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and associate concerns.
• Coach managers on policy, performance, attendance, and leadership.
• Walk the floor daily and join crossover shift meetings to ensure continuity.
• Serve as Time Administrator: review attendance records and approve corrections for payroll.
• Support leave administration, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding and succession planning.
• Lead engagement and retention efforts and use metrics to drive improvements.
• Build leadership development and training curricula and support continuous improvement.
