Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to coordinate the daily schedules of our production team in New Jersey. You will schedule crews, communicate with customers, and ensure timely updates to keep projects running smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Regular shifts 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with weekend availability and overtime as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and weekends.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for Project Managers and Production Team.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, crews, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Maintain the production planner and fill scheduling gaps.
• Plan efficient service routes and monitor production schedules.
• Update job tickets and internal records.
• Provide customers and internal teams with timely updates.
• Escalate scheduling or communication concerns to management.
