Job summary

St. PJ’s seeks a Domestic Evening Supervisor PM to assist the Shelter Program Director in directing the overall shelter operation with a trauma-informed approach. The role emphasizes staffing, safety, and high-quality services for residents and their children.

The position requires strong leadership, documentation discipline, and collaboration with program staff to ensure licensed compliance and effective daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Must provide immunization records and be able to pass background checks.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise direct care staff, team leaders and weekend supervisor.
• Communicate expectations related to trauma-informed program and goals.
• Schedule staff to meet licensing requirements and ensure client safety.
• Ensure staff are trained in trauma-informed care principles and competencies.
• Provide reflective supervision and coaching to staff.
• Maintain required documentation per standards and policies.
• Oversee on-floor RCYCP and TBRI competency progress.
• Submit hiring requisitions and provide coverage as needed.
• Coordinate with Program Director on staffing decisions and performance feedback.
• Attend meetings and contribute to individualized service plans.
