Job summary

Sunset Ford in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Service Advisor for a late-evening shift. Hours are 3:30pm to 11:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a base wage of $52,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities.

This hourly role includes monthly commissions for customer satisfaction and performance metrics. Previous service-advisor experience is required, and we offer on-site training, a friendly team environment, and opportunities to grow with Sunset Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Present service menus and applicable specials.
• Provide repair estimates and track service progress.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Close shifts with secure building procedures.
