Job summary

Sunset Ford Waterloo is seeking a Service Advisor for the late-evening shift (3:30pm–11:30pm, Mon-Fri). The role offers a base wage of $52,000 annually plus monthly bonus opportunities and commission tied to customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Prior automotive service advisory experience is required, with a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. Training is provided in a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor in automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address inquiries.
• Explain service options and present menus.
• Document declined services and follow up on recommendations.
• Update customers on repair timelines and costs.
• Prepare repair estimates and communicate needed services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at delivery of vehicle.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Assist technicians to maintain quality repairs.
• Close and secure the facility after shift.
