Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to create a warm dining experience for residents. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and help with drink selection, using our POS system to communicate orders.

This role emphasizes friendly service, relationship building, and consistency in delivering guest-focused hospitality in a community setting, with shifts 3:30pm-7pm and 6am-2:30pm on varied weekdays and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Card required or willingness to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as per state/county regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the on-site POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
