Job summary

Compass by Margaritaville Key West is seeking a Server (PM) to be the heartbeat of the dining experience. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure every detail from start to finish aligns with our standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality/food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest and coworker interactions.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure guest needs are met from start to finish.
• Know the menu inside and out to guide guests on ingredients, dietary needs, and specials.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly with attention to detail.
• Juggle multiple tables while keeping spaces clean and service smooth.
• Handle transactions accurately and follow security protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service area following regulations.
