Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a friendly Server for our Key West hotel restaurant. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver dining experiences with attention to detail while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience a plus, and strong communication skills. Certifications like Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card may be required by state regulations.

• Guest Experience Guru: Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish.
• Menu Mastermind: Know the menu inside and out — from ingredients and dietary needs to daily specials and alcohol service guidelines — so you can guide guests like a pro. Accuracy Ace: Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, with attention to detail that keeps orders spot-on and guests happy.
• Table Tactician: Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and your cool in high-pressure moments.
• Payment Pro: Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols like a seasoned cashier.
• Cleanliness Champion: Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat.
• Stamina Specialist: Stay energized and on your feet — lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

This Key West Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel offers a large outdoor pool with poolside cabanas, a daily hot breakfast, and free WiFi. Guests will be 5 minutes' drive from historic Old Town Key West and 2 mi from Duval Street. A flat-screen cable TV, microwave, and small refrigerator are featured in all rooms. Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Key West rooms are decorated in vibrant colors and include coffee-making facilities. Select rooms have private balconies. Guests can relax on the large sun terrace beside the pool or use cardio equipment and free-weights in the fitness center.
