MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for a full-time evening shift (2p-10p), Friday through Tuesday, in a California senior living community. The role focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality care, assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and social engagement.

You will follow individualized service plans, ensure safety, and collaborate with a supportive team to enhance residents’ well-being and dignity while maintaining compliance with policies

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state) and maintain through training and ongoing education as required.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aid Certification, preferred unless required by the state.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime activities.
• Provide safe transport for residents and assist with transfers using proper techniques.
• Respond to residents’ needs promptly, respecting independence, privacy and safety.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community as required.
• Follow ISP and care plans, document changes, and maintain safety standards.
