Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a part-time Caregiver (PM shift) to support residents with daily living activities in our community. The role emphasizes compassionate, high‑quality care, safety, and resident well‑being.

You’ll participate in activities of daily living, assist with meals, mobility, and social engagement, and uphold our standards for dignity and service. Benefits include a robust package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (as required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining independence, dignity, safety and privacy.
• Read shift reporting and ISP updates at start of shift and acknowledge understanding.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during the shift.
• Assist residents in ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and wellness activities.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper techniques.
• Respond to behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policy.
• Lead resident programs and engagement activities.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community as required.
• Manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per physician prescription and trained state guidelines.
