Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with Activities of Daily Living and social engagement. You will assist with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and safety, following individualized service plans to respect dignity and privacy.

The role offers an hourly rate of $19–$20, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shifts, required certifications (First Aid, CPR, Medication Management), and opportunities to grow within a values-driven team dedicated to excellent resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications required and maintained.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if not held.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred.
• 1+ years caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene and mobility.
• Provide transportation and assist with meals and wellness programs.
• Maintain safety and dignity, follow ISP and policies.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
• Report changes in residents' condition and emergencies.
