Job summary

You will review requests, assess urgency, and communicate clearly with officers and clients, updating internal records and reports. The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and a client-focused, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in logistics, scheduling, or dispatch.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with law enforcement or security operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch personnel to client sites nationwide.
• Evaluate requests and assign resources based on urgency and availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time for changes or emergencies.
• Communicate assignment details clearly to personnel and confirm receipt.
• Document assignments and outcomes in internal systems.
• Track status of all assignments and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain detailed reports reflecting activity and history.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and fax.
• Respond to inquiries with focus on resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with personnel to support efficiency.
• Additional duties as directed by management.
