Protos Security, a leading security services and technology company, is seeking a Client Support Team Lead for our Roanoke, VA onsite site. The role focuses on supervising the dispatch floor during high-volume periods and ensuring that client requests are resolved swiftly and accurately.

You will monitor queues, coordinate resources, and provide real-time support to frontline staff, vendors, and clients while maintaining service excellence and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of team leadership experience in logistics, scheduling, dispatch, or a fast-paced operation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support frontline dispatch teams to achieve operational tasks with excellence.
• Monitor service queues, requests, escalations, and scheduling activity to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate clearly with clients, officers, vendors, and internal departments regarding requests and updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve officer and guard-related concerns and ensure continuity of service.
• Utilize multiple software platforms and reporting systems to track performance and complete tasks.
• Assist leadership with onboarding, training coordination, and schedule management.
