Job summary

Protos Security is seeking a Scheduler for the Day Shift (8:00am–4:00pm) in Roanoke, VA. The role focuses on addressing service requests and incident tracking for clients, officers, and partners, ensuring top-tier service deliverables.

You will coordinate dispatch of law enforcement and security personnel across the United States, evaluate requests, monitor real-time schedules, and maintain comprehensive records in internal systems. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or dispatch in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven customer service experience maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with law enforcement or security operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch security personnel to client sites nationwide.
• Assess requests, urgency, geography, and availability to assign resources.
• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time for changes.
• Communicate assignment details clearly to personnel and confirm receipt.
• Document all assignments and track status in internal systems.
• Serve as primary client contact via phone, email, and fax.
