Job summary

Protos Security is hiring a Client Support Representative for the Evening Shift in Roanoke, VA. You will be the intake point for new clients, manage cases, and deliver outstanding service to drive customer satisfaction.

This on-site role requires weekend availability and evening hours (4:00pm-12:00am). The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service or similar.
• Strong customer service orientation with commitment to excellence.
• Calm under escalations; ability to handle high-stress scenarios.
• Clear, confident communication across all levels; good writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning proprietary platforms quickly.

Responsibilities
