Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Officer to support a manufacturing location. You will provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors, monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate logs. You’ll patrol buildings and respond to incidents following site procedures.

A valid driver’s license is required; alarm panel, access control and badge experience are preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening may apply.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state or locality.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the site to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow site procedures.
• Complete reports and communicate observations to leadership and site reps.
