Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors, maintaining records, and reporting access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel per procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports, maintaining professional interactions with all personnel.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, maintaining visitor records, and reporting access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to established protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining professional interactions with all personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess EMT certification.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
