Job summary

The Brigham and Women’s Hospital seeks a Security Concierge for 40-hour evening shifts at 10 Vining Street. You will provide a safe, secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and access control to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include greeting people, giving directions, coordinating transportation, reporting security issues, and supporting field services during emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• 2+ years customer service in healthcare or hotel setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and service-oriented approach.
• Must pass criminal background check and obtain CPR/AED/First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors and staff.
• Welcome and assist with directions and mobility needs.
• Coordinate transportation and services; relay requests to appropriate departments.
• Maintain post area in clean and orderly condition; monitor access control.
• Respond to emergencies and support security field services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
