Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Security Concierge for Brigham and Women’s Hospital to provide a safe environment and excellent customer service for patients, visitors, and staff.

You will greet and assist visitors, manage access control, and coordinate transportation as needed while maintaining a professional, calm presence during shifts. This is an on-site, 40-hour evening position at 10 Vining Street, Boston.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of customer service experience required.
• Two years of customer service in healthcare or hotel setting preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and obtain CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Welcome and assist visitors and patients; provide information and directions.
• Coordinate transportation needs and services for patients and visitors as needed.
