Job summary

Responsibilities

• Arrange furnishings and equipment for meetings and events.
• Regulate HVAC to provide comfortable conditions and conserve energy.
• Respond to safety/operational concerns to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Secure facilities and grounds to minimize risks and losses.
• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other spaces to maintain sanitation.
• Distribute supplies and equipment as needed.
• Inspect facilities for safe operations and identify needed repairs.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for ongoing use.
• Prepare facilities for daily operations (opening, access, snow removal).
• Repair furniture/equipment (bulbs, drains, etc.) as needed.
• Communicate issues to Lead Custodian and assist as required.
