Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Notifies head custodian of emergencies and manages HVAC as needed.
• Complies with OSHA and all laws for equipment operation.
• Shovels and salts walks, driveways, and steps.
• Checks exit doors and panic bolts during occupancy.
• Cleans classrooms daily and dusts furniture.
• Cleans floors and corridors and disinfects toilets and lunchrooms daily.
• Washes windows inside and out when weather allows.
• Maintains grounds free of rubbish.
• Assists in keeping school property safe and secure.
