Qualifications

• 0-5 years office or chemical business environment experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Experience in chemical distribution.
• Experience with Chempax and/or Syspro ERP systems.
• Experience in regulatory oriented business (ISO, FDA, PSM).

Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility by opening/closing gates, monitoring cameras, and verifying identifications.
• Check in contractors and visitors, complete required documentation, and communicate arrivals to plant personnel.
• Receive and document incoming deliveries, packages, mail, and vendor shipments, and coordinate distribution to departments.
• Prepare documentation and administrative materials for upcoming truck scale operations and daily plant activities.
• Perform extensive computer work using ERP systems, Excel, email, and other software to maintain records.
• Maintain files and communicate information to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Provide administrative support to customer service, operations, maintenance, and other departments.
• Complete various business system transactions, reports, and related paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment including the scale house and common areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned or developed over time.
