Think Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Sandwich Maker/Prep cook to join our kitchen team for mostly PM shifts in Miami. You will prepare ingredients, assemble sandwiches, and help maintain station setup and cleanliness while upholding quality standards.

You will work under senior chefs, supporting efficient kitchen operations and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and consistent results.

Formación

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, especially as Sandwich Maker/Prep cook
• Basic cooking techniques and food preparation knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Assemble sandwiches and dishes following recipes, slice meats, prep veggies and sauces
• Assist with cooking and plating to ensure quality and consistency
• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures with strict food safety standards
• Support kitchen staff and senior chefs to execute menu items efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Monitor stock levels and inform team when supplies need restocking
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
