Job summary

Think Hospitality in Miami, FL is seeking a dedicated Sandwich Maker/Prep cook to join our kitchen team for mostly PM shifts. You will prepare ingredients, assemble sandwiches, and support the kitchen in maintaining high food quality and safety standards while working with senior chefs.

You will follow recipes, maintain workstation cleanliness, and assist with stock management. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong team player mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen staff and senior chefs in executing menu items efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen team when supplies need restocking.
