Think Hospitality in Miami, FL is seeking a dedicated Sandwich Maker/Prep cook to join our kitchen team for mostly PM shifts. You will prepare ingredients, assemble sandwiches, and support the kitchen in maintaining high food quality and safety standards while working with senior chefs.

You will follow recipes, maintain workstation cleanliness, and assist with stock management. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong team player mindset.

Competenze

• Experience in a kitchen role, preferably sandwich prep.
• Basic cooking techniques and food prep knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification preferred or required by location.

Mansioni

• Assemble sandwiches and other dishes following recipes, slicing meats, preparing ingredients, and cooking items on grills/stoves.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures while maintaining high food safety standards.
• Support kitchen staff and senior chefs in executing menu items efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen team when supplies need restocking.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
