Top performers earn over $6,000 per week with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses. The average agent earns $2,000–$3,000 weekly, with weekly pay and no retroactive clawbacks. Background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required; one-call close is valued.
• Strong communication and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals on first call.
• Willingness to be coached and take feedback.
