Job summary

Theballantyne is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests in their rooms. You will ensure timely order delivery and friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen, presenting meals, and maintaining room cleanliness and safety standards while supporting the F&B team. This role offers opportunities to engage with guests and develop hospitality skills at a premier Charlotte

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Take and process food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in person.
• Input orders into the POS system and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Transport orders to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Present orders professionally with proper presentation and temperature.
• Set up rooms with tables and chairs as needed.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
