Pay starts at $36.90/hour with compensation commensurate with experience. BSN or commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years is required, along with CPR certification and eligibility for additional certifications as determined by management.

Qualifications

• BSN or Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification; willingness to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON or other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates care priorities to staff.
• Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Utilizes Therapeutic Communication while monitoring patients and families.
• Participates in quality improvement and reports updates to staff.
• Documents according to organizational standards and policies.
