Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Evening shift. The role requires patient-centered nursing care, coordination with LPNs, PCAs, and other staff to ensure safe movement through the care episode, and adherence to ANA ethics and institutional standards.

Education includes BSN or an Associate degree with a plan to obtain BSN within 5 years; active RN license in Ohio is required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Must be willing to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS or other certifications as determined by management.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates priorities to the care team.
• Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Documents according to organizational standards and procedures.
