Nationwide Children's Hospital Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse for Day Shift (7a-3:30p) 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week). Starting pay: $34.82/hr, pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include health promotion and disease prevention, assisting patients and families to move rapidly and safely through care, and delivering care with a Family Centered approach. Must be licensed RN in Ohio and BLS certified; 3 years pediatric experience preferred.

Qualificações

• ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program graduate.
• BSN preferred; must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using evidence-based practices.
• Documents according to organizational standards and participates in quality improvement.
• Works with providers to ensure smooth clinic flow and positive patient outcomes.
