Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the evening shift, 3pm–11pm, Monday through Friday. This leadership role focuses on guiding RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while supporting daily clinical operations and resident care quality.

The ideal candidate will hold an active New Jersey RN license with prior nursing leadership experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills to mentor the nursing team and foster a positive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Support daily clinical operations.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
