Job summary

Genesis is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the Casa Real Night team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on coordinating nursing operations during the night shift and ensuring adherence to care standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, with at least three years of clinical experience and supervisory exposure in a long-term care environment. BSN is preferred, and BLS/CPR certification must be current.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
• Minimum three years full-time clinical experience; two years in long-term care with supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead and direct nursing units on assigned shift while ensuring policy, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation across units.
• Collaborate with the Director to maintain adequate 24/7 nursing staff and reduce overtime.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and making promotion/transfer decisions.
