Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff for high-quality resident care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, person-centered care.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies.
- Coordinate resident care plans and communicate across teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation per standards and regulations.
- Address clinical concerns and resolve issues with residents, families, and staff.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and facility clinical goals.
