Qualifications

• RN license required in NJ.
• Minimum five years nursing experience in healthcare with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff and external agencies.
• Ability to lead, guide and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and timely interdisciplinary communication.
• Support accurate documentation in line with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and resolve issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.
