Casa Real is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the Night shift, supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. You will oversee nursing operations, coordinate staffing, and uphold care standards across units.

The role requires an RN with current licensure, 3+ years of clinical experience (2+ in long-term care), and BLS/CPR certification. BSN is preferred; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience; two years in long-term care nursing with one year in a supervisory capacity
• BSN preferred; must maintain BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.

Advance your nursing career and join our team as an RN Supervisor. You will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers and terminations.

Qualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred. BSN preferred.Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
