Leisure Chateau Care and Rehab Center is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to coordinate total resident care across nursing units. The role requires advanced nursing experience, supervisory responsibility, and the ability to adapt procedures per situations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN registration with the state board.
• Experience in the nursing field; supervisory experience in long-term care required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies daily staffing and redistribution.
• Collaborates with charge nurses to exchange resident care information.
• Makes rounds to assess resident conditions, including critically ill residents.
• Ensures the nursing care plan is followed for each resident.
• Performs medication passes and direct resident care as needed.
• Participates in resident care committee meetings.
• Reinforces training and orientation of nursing staff.
• Responds to emergencies throughout the shift.
• Maintains safe and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Checks building security during evening/night hours.
• Reviews incident and investigation reports for accuracy.
• Monitors meal service for resident satisfaction and nutrition.
• Assists in Quality Improvement program development and implementation.
• Delivers high-quality, compassionate care to residents and families.
• Performs other duties as requested.
