Job summary

Alden is seeking a capable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining the highest quality of care for residents.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license in IL or WI, CPR certification, and strong clinical knowledge. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure compassionate, professional care for the elderly in a regulated

Qualifications

Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
Must possess CPR certificate or obtain within two weeks of employment.
Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise nursing assistants and day-to-day activities to ensure quality care.
Develop and implement a written care plan for each customer.
Perform medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and monitor patient progress.
Ensure policies, procedures and dress code are followed by nursing staff.
Attend care plan conferences and communicate with physicians and families.
