A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The role involves coordinating with the Director of Nursing, contributing to policy implementation, and supporting residents’ care across the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing activities during shift and coordinate with DON/ADON as required.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff adherence.
• Participate in discharge planning and QA activities.
