Job summary

Apploi is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide comprehensive care for residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services.

This full-time night shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to lead clinical teams, document care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to maintain residents' highest practicable well-being.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and graduate from accredited RN program.
• CPR certification valid and current.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and develop a nursing plan of care.
• English language proficiency sufficient for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per physician orders within scope and standards.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents per policy.
• Document care accurately in medical records and care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in QA and safety activities.
