A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The RN will participate in administrative, committee, personnel, and patient-care activities to maintain high-quality resident care throughout the tour of duty.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities per tour of duty.
• Ensure policies and procedures are current and followed.
• Participate in care-plan development and discharge planning.
• Maintain quality assurance and review surveys as needed.
• Ensure adequate staffing and supervision of RNs and aides.
