Good Samaritan – Woodland in Brainerd, MN is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for evening shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm). The role involves patient-focused nursing care, care coordination with families and the inter-disciplinary team, and ensuring quality outcomes for residents in a 42-bed facility within a Christian not-for-profit environment.

Requirements include MN RN licensure (unencumbered) with possible multistate licensure, and a nursing degree.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota (unencumbered) and multistate licensure if applicable.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
