Job summary

Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed RN to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess residents, plan and implement care, and coordinate with families and inter-disciplinary teams on an evening shift.

This part-time role includes 2:00pm to 10:30pm shifts, every other weekend and rotating holidays, with shift and weekend incentives. A Minnesota RN license and a commitment to quality care in a Christian environment are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board; if applicable, multistate licensure.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to staff as needed.
