Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Licensed RN for part-time evening shifts. The RN will provide individualized nursing care, coordinate care with residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

The role requires an active MN RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and ongoing competencies. The facility offers a comprehensive benefits package and weekend incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with resident, family and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessments and education across all care phases.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope of practice and to licensed/unlicensed staff.
