RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. With over 700 physicians and 2,100 employees, we offer advanced treatment for a wide variety of medical conditions.

The RN must have ADN, at least one year in Same Day Surgery/ Ambulatory Care, and active NJ RN license or compact license with NJ endorsement. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• Minimum one year RN experience in Same Day Surgery/ Ambulatory Care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Same Day Surgery unit per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise task delegation.
• Maintain patient safety and apply evidence-based practice principles.
• Prioritize and evaluate patient care with measurable outcomes.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and department policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
