Highland Health & Rehabilitation in Bellingham, WA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the part-time evening shift (2pm-10:30pm). The RN will supervise staff, monitor residents, and administer medications while developing comprehensive care plans for long-term residents. Active Washington RN license and BLS required; new grads welcome. Salary ranges include $40,000–$68,000 per year or $48–$55 per hour, depending on experience and shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license and BLS certification.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Experience in long-term care preferred (min. 6 months).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff and monitor residents.
• Document care and observations in the clinical record.
• Communicate with residents’ physicians.
• Complete nursing documentation (assessments, orders, notes, flowsheets).
• Administer and manage medications and monitor responses.
• Participate in emergency measures and CPR when needed.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
