Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Provide patient care according to standards, policies, and procedures.
• Document thoroughly and timely to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform pre-admission screenings and insurance procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to discharge planning and patient education.
